With 28 years dedicated to shaping my own baseball talent (yes I started t-ball at 2 haha), I offer expertise honed through years of playing and teaching. My approach is dedicated, detailed, and fun to bring out your best potential on the diamond. I still play professionally in Liga Mexico de Beisbol and played 9 years in America for the Tampa Bay Rays, Cincinnati Reds, Seattle Mariners, and San Diego Padres organizations up to AAA

Hey I’m Coach Les, I have a master’s in exercise science and I bring 12 years of coaching experience. I’ve helped multiple athletes receive scholarships in their respective sports. My background includes collegiate football and track, three state powerlifting records and two national powerlifting records. I specialize in athletic performance and biomechanics. I also serve the community as a Nashville firefighter and EMT.

I’m a former collegiate golfer and current teaching professional in Nashville who loves helping players enjoy the game and improve with confidence. My lessons focus on fundamentals, video swing analysis, alignment, and footwork in a way that is easy to understand and apply. I enjoy working with beginners, juniors, and everyday golfers who want clear instruction, a positive environment, and real improvement.

A lifelong student of dance, Mel'Keta's foundation includes extensive training in ballet, modern etc. In 2006, she deepened her commitment to Middle Eastern dance (Raqs Sharqi) through intensive study with renowned instructors Zarouhi Otchy and Tashira Awadiya. Her dedication led to train with internationally acclaimed artists, including Elena Lentini-protégés of the legendary Ibrahim Farrah-and the celebrated Ansuya. Her performance/teaching career includes international appearances in the UK+.

"I realize that prior to taking classes with Mel'Keta, I had a completely different idea of what "belly dance" was. I now understand that it is a full body dance and not just the belly. She helps me understand the movement, the Rhythms, and the feeling which created a somatic experience for me. I enjoy being challenged, it allows me to tap into my mental resources that I dont normally use as well as strengthen my body. Taking classes has helped me become more comfortable moving as an individual versus a partnered dance that I was use to being led. John Rogers is a certified IPTPA pickleball instructor and currently a 4.5+ player with nearly five years of playing experience. A multiple tournament winner, John believes quality instruction, confidence, and having fun are key to improving on the court. He works with players of all skill levels, from beginners, to 4.0+ competitors preparing for tournament play and is passionate about helping every player improve and enjoy the game. I started playing soccer when I was 3 years old in our village. Soccer was the only sport we knew at the time and my love for it made me not want to pursue any other sports. I later moved to the US and my love for it grew even more. I went on to play in HS, College, and now I coach this sport that I love and I can't wait to learn with you!

I believe that my role is to guide my students in the discovery of their own ability to learn, grow and research as “young historians”. Students have heard repeatedly that “knowledge is power”; my belief is that teaching them to acquire knowledge and break down information they have never interacted with yields lifelong rewards.

Music and audio production have been my passion my whole life, and I would love to share the passion. I have a Master's Degree in Audio Engineering and believe my knowledge can take you to the next level. My name is Chris Taft I am a former professional basketball playing in the NBA and overseas and before that, played at the University of Pittsburgh. My focus making athletes better elevating their game through skill development and game focus drills. With a key focus on fundamentals and personalized coaching, I help athletes unlock their full potential and I relate to them with my experience as a player-coach knowing exactly what it takes to help young athletes reach there full potential.
