I played four years of Division I college baseball as a left-handed pitcher, spending two years at the University of Pittsburgh and two years at Central Michigan University, where I earned my degree. Baseball has been part of my life since day one—my dad played professionally in Major League Baseball and taught me the game from a young age. The game has given me lifelong friendships, valuable life lessons, and the opportunity to earn a college scholarship. Coaching allows me to give back by teaching, mentoring, and helping players continue to grow both on and off the field.

One of my proudest moments as a coach came when I helped a struggling D1 teammate—someone with pro-level tools—unlock his potential by diagnosing a timing issue that had been holding him back. That season, he turned things around and is now a top-25 prospect in the Houston Astros organization, thriving in Double-A.
