Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionI will approach the first lesson with getting to know the athlete and what skills they want me to help improve. I will tell they what to expect from me as far as my expectations and we will slowly start with drills to help build a foundation.
Training Session 2-3Lessons 2-3 we will work on drills designed for their specific position or positions. Each session will start with an active warmup, then we will work on proper techniques. We will slowly incorporate speed and agility drills.
Training Session 4-10Lessons 4-10 we will build off from previous lessons and add more speed and agility drills that will incorporate change of direction and balance movements.
Training Session 11+Lessons 11+ we will build off from previous lessons and add more acceleration and deceleration drills to help add more speed.
Advanced training plan
