Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI will approach the first lesson with getting to know the athlete and what skills they want me to help improve. I will tell they what to expect from me as far as my expectations and we will slowly start with drills to help build a foundation.
Training 2-3Lessons 2-3 we will work on drills designed for their specific position or positions. Each session will start with an active warmup, then we will work on proper techniques. We will slowly incorporate speed and agility drills.
Training 4-10Lessons 4-10 we will build off from previous lessons and add more speed and agility drills that will incorporate change of direction and balance movements.
Training 11+Lessons 11+ we will build off from previous lessons and add more acceleration and deceleration drills to help add more speed.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingThe first lesson with a a beginner I will start with building foundation for athlete. I will incorporate drills for athlete to advance their skills.
Training 2-3Lessons 2-3 will build from previous lessons. I will incorporate speed and agility drills as well as drills associated to all football players.
