I have a passion for fitness and health and a passion for helping others live a healthy renewed lifestyle. I played high school basketball at Franklin Learning Center, Philadelphia, PA. I was a point guard/shooting guard, playmaker, etc. got hurt right before I went to college and the college just wrote me off went into a deep depression.

I have taught hundreds of kids the fundamental and advanced levels of basketball I had elite experience I was a four year starter at Bensalem highschool I scored over a 1000 points I’ve played professionally in France and china

I have been playing tennis all of my life, and have played pickleball for the past 2 years. I am ready to get you up to tournament level.

Discipline built my game. Consistency separates me, and I live by the mindset that piss poor planning promotes piss poor performance. I motivate through work ethic, accountability, and preparation.. no shortcuts, no excuses. Every rep, every play, every day is about growth, focus, and proving that hard work always shows.

Hey, I’m Josiah! NASM CPT, ACE GFI, CPR/AED Certified. I’m from the Jersey shore near Atlantic City and went to school at Rider University in NJ so I’m a Jersey boy turned Philly boy. As a competitive and professional dancer for over ten years I have studied lots about how bodies work and perform. I’m passionate about the mind-muscle connection and the “why” behind each exercise. Hi my name is Camya but I am an independent artist from Philadelphia that goes by Mya B. I grew up singing in the church and was taught by my aunt who is a music director to sing properly. After i graduated from highschool I was called back to help my school produce an album where I helped train the students how to write songs, come up with melodies and helped produce and record the album. After highschool I began performing at open mics and show cases across the city.

I have 16 years experience as a college chemistry professor, with a MS from the University of Notre Dame. I have taught General Chemistry I and II, as well as organic chemistry lab and forensic science on a regular basis. I have also worked as a private tutor for 20 years to students ranging from middle school through college to students of all ability levels. I love tutoring because it allows me to really connect with an individual student while helping them achieve subject mastery.
