I'm a certified personal trainer, Certified adaptive exercise coach for special needs, Certified assisted stretch therapist and a certified foam roll massage therapist and I am certified HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) Boxing coach. I have a passion for fitness and health and a passion for helping others live a healthy renewed lifestyle. I have years of experience in working with individuals who want to gain muscle, loose weight, increase flexibility and mobility, correct posture, balance or just begin the journey to a new and healthy lifestyle.

Basketball and sports, overall, are passions of mine. I love working with kids of all ages and genders, wherever they are in their progression, to help them become better players, athletes, and just help their overall mentality towards sports and life. Whether you are a beginner or a potential college player, I will help you improve your game fundamentally, physically, and mentally. I am a basketball coach and player with experience assistant coaching a middle school team and training younger players one-on-one. I help players build fundamentals, basketball IQ, confidence, and team play. My style is detail-oriented and encouraging. I teach the “why,” not just the “what,” break skills down step by step, and help players explore roles that fit their strengths. I work with beginner and developing players who want to improve their skills and understand the game.

Former collegiate player at Camden County College and professional athlete in Mexico, now dedicated to developing the next generation of players. I’ve coached with multiple programs and currently mentor with The Players Alliance, supported by Major League Baseball. I specialize in hitting, fielding, and the mental side of the game, creating a positive environment while tailoring each session to the athlete. My goal is to build confidence, sharpen skills, and inspire a lifelong love for baseball.

With seven years of professional teaching experience — most recently as an Assistant Pro at Trenton Country Club — Logan brings serious on-course credentials to every lesson.
