I’m Wayne Mendezona, Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Corban University and founder of Quick Handle Basketball. I’ve spent over 30+ years developing athletes and have trained more than 50,000 players—from youth to college and professional levels. I specialize in ball handling, scoring, and game performance—helping athletes build confidence, decision-making, and real in-game results. My training is not just drills—it’s about developing complete players who can perform under pressure, think the game, and separate themselves from the competition. I don’t train average. I have just recently retired from teaching Middle School and High School Math for 35+ year. I will miss teaching and would like to continue by tutoring math. My teaching career is varied. I taught in Idaho and Oregon for 20+ years before choosing to teach overseas. I taught in Egypt, Malaysia, Myanmar, Ecuador and Guatemala; teaching at international schools. During that time, I also worked on curriculum committees, chaperoned week long trips and worked on my PhD in Math education.
