Despite facing setbacks from two major knee injuries that ended his professional prospects, Chris transitioned into coaching and training athletes. With over 25 years of experience as a high school football coach and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Therapist, Chris offers expert sports-specific training. My name is Liam Rowan, I am a US Marine veteran and Firefighter. I have been training and coaching people in different aspects for a number of years both through the military and in the first responder communities.
