Welcome to my page! I'm Kyle, a coach with 4 years of NCAA Division I and II playing experience for the College of the Holy Cross and the University of New Haven. I have experience coaching ages from 3-18, and levels from recreational to MLS NEXT. As a former goalkeeper myself, I primarily coach GKs, but also have ~5 years of experience coaching those playing in the field. I look to push players to achieve their best selves both on and off the field while maintaining a fresh and fun environment.

I have played Professional Baseball for 11 seasons across 3 different countries. I spent multiple seasons playing in the Atlantic league as well as other Major League Baseball Partner Leagues with, against, and for many Major Leaguers and others with very high affiliated time. (AA, AAA, International) I have won a Batting Title in 2013 playing for former MLB manager and player Doc Edwards. I was a 2x All-Conference player in college for Mercyhurst University and Gannon University.

Chris Corders, a former college football Wide Receiver at NC State, boasts an impressive athletic background with accolades such as Freshman All-American in 1987 and All-American Honorable Mention in 1989. Despite facing setbacks from two major knee injuries that ended his professional prospects, Chris transitioned into coaching and training athletes. With over 25 years of experience as a high school football coach and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Therapist, Chris offers expert sports-specific training. Students can expect to learn from his wealth of experience and knowledge in enhancing their athletic performance.

I have served as an Offensive Coordinator and have coached quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, giving me a complete understanding of offensive football and player development at multiple positions. My name is Rouge, I'm a performer, aerialist, runner, and trainer. I have over 10 years experience performing/ teaching fluid dance, burlesque, pole, and heels, and personal training. I'm PT, GPT, and CPR/AED certified through NASM, and pole certified through Pole Body Arts. I work with a variety of adults of all genders ranging from early 20s to late 50s, with little to no dance/ fitness experience, utilizing dance therapy techniques, and diverse strength training methods.

Hi, I'm John Kelly, a Charlotte native & lifelong player/coach who grew up playing baseball in neighborhoods & sandlots - building natural "play reps" that carried into organized baseball. When kids have fun, they learn & play better. My baseball background: 1984 NC State Championship w/ Independence HS, multiple city/state All-Star titles, & 3-peat MSBL 45+ Fall Classic Championship (2017-2019). I offer high-energy, game-like training for players ages 8-14 focused on movement, fun, & max reps.
