Following college, he played as a free agent for the Cleveland Browns and with the Montreal Alouettes. Transitioning to coaching, Lionel spent several years guiding youth athletes as a basketball, track, and junior peewee football coach, and served as a coach for the Georgia Gridiron Classic from 2014-2017. He is passionate about instilling discipline, teamwork, and resilience in young athletes.
