I have been playing for 3 years and coaching for two years and enjoy every minute spent teaching. Hi, I’m Jorge! I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I played for the youth academy of Once Caldas in Colombia and later played 4 years of varsity soccer in high school. I offer private and group training for players ages 8–18, focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, positioning, and game awareness. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and available throughout Fairfield County. My goal is to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game.

As someone who had a major accident resulting in multiple surgeries at age 19, I have learned how to heal and transform my body, and share this work with others. I am certified in and teach bodymind practices such as yoga, pilates, Moving for Life, The Nia Technique and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner. In the twenty years that I have been doing this work I have come to believe that, given the right tools, we all have the power to heal and transform our bodies and minds.

With my 9 years of soccer experience, I plan to teach others and help them grow within the beautiful sport of soccer! I have experience at the high school varsity level, club travel level, and NCAA College level. I hope to use my knowledge and skills to help students reach their goals with personalized soccer training

I’m a single-digit handicap golfer who enjoys helping others improve their game and build confidence on the course. I focus on patience, clear communication, and making golf fun for players of all skill levels. I want to coach because I love the game and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. Seeing golfers improve and reach their goals is very rewarding.

I have been training martial arts for 33 years. I have been teaching martial arts for 20 years to people of all ages and experience levels. I started in taekwondo when I was 3 years old. I also trained BJJ for 5 years and I have my blue belt. I’ve also competed in local and national BJJ competitions. My main passion is Muay Thai. I have 13 fights! I can help you learn a new skill, while losing weight and burning fat!

I am a D1 tennis player at sacred heart and I have been teaching tennis to young children and adults at my house, at Greenwich Racquet Club and in Darien since 2020. I am 18 years of age and my father was a tennis professional and coach back in Canada.
