I started playing pickleball a year and quickly fell in love with the game’s mix of strategy, movement, and community. Whether you’re a total beginner looking to learn the basics, or someone with experience hoping to sharpen your skills, I focus on building strong fundamentals in a relaxed, encouraging environment. My lessons emphasize proper technique, court positioning, strategy, and—most importantly—making the game fun and accessible.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Rockaway Beach is my home break. I’ve surfed all over the world—from Hawaii to Indonesia, Puerto Rico to Peru, as well as California and Japan. I’m passionate about teaching and giving people the opportunity to learn this amazing sport while connecting with nature and the waves.

I have been providing both individual and group instructions for several years. Most of my instruction has been with adults but I have also provided lessons for children. I evaluate each individual before providing any instruction to get an idea of playing ability so I can identify areas of opportunity for improvement.

I'm Mike Geo, an accomplished singer, songwriter, and producer with over 22 years of experience on stage and in the studio. I am the lead vocalist and producer for the NYC-based alternative rock band Saints in Exile, and I also sing the iconic Paul McCartney vocals in a prominent NYC Beatles cover band, channeling my deep classic rock roots. ✨ My Background Award-Winning Songwriter: I've been honored as a multiple-time International Songwriting Competition (ISC) Finalist in 2016, 2019, and 2022, consistently placing me in the top 1% of entrants globally.
