I'm a dedicated pickleball coach focused on helping players of all levels elevate their game. My passion for the sport fuels my commitment to create a fun, supportive learning environment. I played tennis for over 15 years at a high level and I have a big emphasis for purposeful reps, footwork and really getting things down technically to execute and start winning in games/tournaments! Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI assess the basics of the game and their technique. Footwork, how they hold the paddle, and how they are contacting the ball. Focusing on one or two skills/shots usually dinks and volleys. To build up purposeful reps and ingrain better habits and technique especially with the soft/kitchen game for doubles.
Lesson 2-3Depending on rate of progression I can start to introduce new skills and shots. The whole goal is to get players match ready so introducing shots like the 3rd shot drop and drive and the serve while building up upon the drops and volleys will be crucial preparation.
