Golf is all about “muscle memory.” My first 10 years of golfing were based on my own swing, and I could not improve enough during that time. Then I met an instructor who tried to fix my “form” for next six months. Do you think I was fixed? Yes and no, because it actually took me almost two years after those lessons to truly adjust. Why 2 years? Because my muscles were stuck to the 10-years-old form and resisted not to get adjusted! Why do I share my experience? Because a beginner should start golfing with an instructor, regardless of the lesson fee. Whoever is certified can teach you how to perform a proper golf swing.
