Boxing has been my life, and through it I’ve built strong knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I’ve trained in different countries and worked with all levels. I focus on real results—weight loss, strength, and proper boxing skills. My goal is simple: help you get stronger, better, and more confident every session.

He has 22 years of experience playing and coaching tennis and, in 2024, was named the USTA Eastern Tennis Professional of the Year. He joined the SPORTIME team in 2020, as a tennis coach, and was promoted to Director of Tennis in 2023.

I am a football coach with four years of experience, currently serving as a Head Coach of travel teams with Cougars Academy in Maplewood and South Orange, New Jersey, and Elite Soccer Academy. I have built my coaching philosophy from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on tactical understanding, game analysis, and collective play. I have a particular strength in reading the game, identifying problems, and making tactical adjustments. I am currently a college baseball player entering my senior year at Saint Elizabeth University but began my college career at Kean University as a freshman student athlete. Baseball has been a major part of my life since I was 5 years old, and I developed years of experience. My coaching philosophy centers on personalized development, fostering a positive learning environment where athletes can excel.

Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

Hi, I have coached basketball at the 7th and 8th grade level, 9th grade and high school for both boys and girls. I am also a Special Olympics coach. I have worked individually too with teaching basketball fundamental skills. I still play basketball and have since I was 5 years old.
