Tom McGuire is a hockey coach with over eight years of experience developing players of all ages and skill levels. He has coached youth players through Ice Hockey in Harlem, Learn to Play (LTP), and Learn to Skate (LTS) programs with the New York Islanders, as well as travel hockey with North Park Hockey. Tom also works with adult players from beginner to advanced levels, focusing on skill development, confidence, and growing a passion for the game.

I blend evidence-based programming with supportive coaching to deliver personalized personal training that develops strength, mobility and confidence. With 13+ years teaching, I prioritize safe technique, measurable progress and an encouraging, professional approach. I have extensive experience in GPP, senior training, as well as Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and now Hyrox. I have competed in the latter domains and look forward to helping you on your fitness journey!
