"I think the lesson with Elijah was quite helpful overall, especially since he focused on my foot speed and coordination which I really needed to work on. Though I was looking for a bit more on positioning, I appreciated how he broke down the fundamentals. Still, I feel like there's room to build on the defensive strategies we discussed. Anyway, if you're after a practical approach to quickness and basic skills, Elijah's lesson might be worth trying.
