As a former golf pro with 35 years of experience in Florida and Michigan, he has imparted his wisdom to hundreds, particularly youth, through individual and small group lessons at Mason Golf and Golf Clinics. My teaching style is hands-on, engaging, and focused on building confidence, speed, agility and football skills through clear instruction and positive reinforcement. As a former NFL player and performance coach, I have worked with students and athletes ages 5 through college and beyond. I tailor my approach to each individual’s learning style while emphasizing discipline, character, teamwork, and continuous improvement both on and off the field.

I offer a disciplined, enthusiastic approach to basketball coaching with one year of teaching experience, focused on fundamentals, shooting mechanics and court IQ. I use structured drills, video feedback and positive leadership to develop confident, team-minded players.

My playing career lasted over 20 years that included playing Juniors, NCAA, and Semi-Pro. I am currently the head coach of the Liggett varsity high school women hockey team. I have had other coaching experiences such as being the assistant coach of the university of Michigan women’s club program, as well as being one of the assistant coaches for Bloomfield girls high school hockey. I have had numerous experiences helping run clinics and camps as an instructor and counselor.

Music is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students from youth to adult. As a pianist with 8 years of experience and performance experience learning at Oakland Community College, Ibring a deep understanding of technique and artistry to every lesson. I am continuing my learning at Wayne State University to obtain my BA in Music. I’ve been teaching for almost 3 years and I’ve enjoyed being able to show people how to learn a new skill. I am a Detroit Symphony Orchestra violinist and an experienced teacher for serious intermediate, advanced, and adult violinists. My strength is helping students solve specific technical and musical problems and build stronger performance ability. Lessons are goal-driven and based on real professional experience: we identify the target, diagnose the obstacles, and build a clear training strategy for auditions, competitions, exams, orchestral excerpts, and professional orchestra preparation.

"I very much enjoyed my time studying with Hongyi Mo in Ann Arbor and improved greatly under him. One of the best things he taught me was to hear as he hears; this has unlocked many improvements in both my intonation and technique, and pushed me much further than I expected. He's been patient as I've reached for the upper end of repertoire, recently performing Nel Cor, helped me experiment with melding my career in software engineering with my passion for violin, and given advice as I started as a board member of the Artaria String Quartet.
