My first coaching experience would be with F.C. Stars. I would help run various training camps and other similar programs, along with serving as an assistant coach to some of the younger age groups. I also have gained much experience working as a teacher/tutor at Kumon and the Russian School of Mathematics. Most recently, I finished a fantastic fall season with the Revolution Academy in the Mass area while doing private coaching with Dribbler on the side. My playing experience peaks at D1 soccer as a striker. I am currently trying to get back into playing and play locally semi-pro.

With a Massachusetts teaching license and two years of coaching experience, he is passionate about helping players of all skill levels and age groups refine their techniques and develop a deeper love for the game. My accolades include being a 4-time First Team All-Conference honoree, and I am currently among the top 10 players with the most games won in Salem State history. Chen Chen was hired as the head women's tennis coach at Salem State in 2022. Chen has been the head mens' tennis coach since 2020 after playing for the Vikings for four seasons. A two-time captain of the Salem State men's tennis team. He earned first and second team All-Little East Conference honors three separate times during his career. Chen captained Salem State to just their second Little East Conference Tournament Championship and fourth NCAA Tournament appearance in 2018. His 29 doubles wins currently rank second all-time in program history. A Dean's List member, he was a three-time All-Little East All-Academic selection and three-time National Scholar Athlete Day Award winner. Chen also became the first former player and head coach to win the LEC conference in 2023. Currently live in North Andover, MA.
