As a former tennis player turned passionate Pickleball enthusiast, I've transitioned my skills, technique, and strategy into the world of Pickleball. I play nearly every day and have dedicated extensive time to mastering the game. In addition to my racket sports background, I have experience teaching and coaching wrestling at the collegiate level. Now, my goal is to foster the growth of Pickleball and help individuals or groups enhance their skills, whether for casual play or competitive purposes. I still hold my high school's all-time scoring record (boys or girls) with 1,545 career points, and was recruited by multiple D1 programs before committing to Wellesley College, where I averaged 38 minutes, 15 points, and 6 rebounds per game. I later coached a JV girls basketball team for two seasons, turning an 0–20 program into a 12-8 team. With years of private lessons and camps under my belt, every session I run is tailored to the player's goals: serious work, real results, all ages/levels!

I have played and coached softball for 15 years! I have coached/mentored many youth athletes from ages 7-18. At the University of Connecticut, I played second, third, first, and right field. I am very detail oriented when it comes to teaching both defensive and hitting techniques. Everyone's body works differently, and I enjoy physically evaluating players in order to help them become their most athletic, powerful, and explosive selves. Hitting, defense, running, recruiting - I teach it all!

I am a former All-American collegiate rower who trained with the U.S. National Team and I’m excited to help you with indoor rowing! I have coached middle and high school rowing for 5 years. Coaching is one of my favorite activities, and I love helping students master the erg!

I coached and played Semi-Pro Football. I've also coached for two elite private school football teams. I've played various positions while playing football. I specialize in teaching defensive backs, punt and kickoff returner. While playing college football, I've never been beaten for a touch down. I Look forward to teaching and coaching players to be their best.
