As a PGA apprentice and competitive player with multiple professional victories, I've experienced what it takes to develop a reliable golf game at a high level. I use that experience to help golfers of every ability from complete beginners to scratch players play better and enjoy the game.

Vasili Uspensky is a goalkeeper coach with experience across the collegiate, professional, and youth development levels. He coached for Harvard men's soccer (2015–2018) and Boston College (2018–2021). A former DI goalkeeper at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and CAA champion, Vasili turned professional with the Richmond Rowdies before coaching. He has worked personally with goalkeepers Matt Freese and Drake Callender, and has served as a World Cup pundit for NBC Boston and Telemundo.

With over 30 years of tennis teaching experience, I've had the privilege of coaching players at the high school level as well as working with younger athletes just beginning their journey in the game. My background includes extensive time developing players aged 5-14 at the Acoaxet Club in Westport where I've helped build strong fundamentals, confidence and a love for tennis. I look forward to working with all levels from beginner to experienced players.

A holder of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “A” Coaching License since 2001, I have built a distinguished career centered on player development, leadership, and creating successful soccer programs and players.

Over the course of 15 years playing live and 10 professionally, I've been part of diverse musical ventures – from cover bands, tribute acts, and original projects to weddings, corporate parties, and national venues. Notably, I contributed to the top-tier tribute band Maiden New England, featuring original Iron Maiden guitarist Dennis Stratton. With a deep understanding of music theory, improvisation, chords, scales, and modes, my style spans 80's metal, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Blues, and Acoustic genres. Beyond the mainstream, I delve into Punk, Jazz, Ska, Funk, R&B, Pop, Country, and even a touch of classical. Considered a shredder, I prioritize feel in my playing, emphasizing strong legato in lead guitar. Phrasing is a key element in my coaching, helping students develop their unique sound and style. Teaching for the past decade, sharing my passion and knowledge has been incredibly rewarding. Over the past 15 years, my focus has been on coaching functional fitness to improve balance, strength, and coordination for clients of various ages including those aged 55+ and older. I have practiced resistance training to develop muscular strength without the use of excessively heavy loads. Lenny has successfully addressed injuries through functional therapy, thus avoiding the need for drugs and surgery. He is also an active endurance athlete, with 29 years of competitive experience.
