For private lessons, she welcomes swimmers of all ages and abilities, and she believes that feeling safe and confident in the water is the foundation for building swim skills. Adam Griggs is Bentley’s Associate Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach. A former All-Northeast 10 offensive lineman at Bentley, Griggs was the Tight Ends Coach at the University of Rhode Island in 2024 where he coached All-CAA fullback Tommy Smith, who was invited to the Pittsburgh Steelers Rookie Mini Camp. Griggs also coached a Rams offense that saw All-American running back Malik Grant set the program single-season rushing record. Prior to his time at URI, Griggs was the Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach at the University of Rochester, where he coached 14 All-Conference offensive linemen and tight ends. In the 2023 season, Griggs' offense ranked second in school history with 193 completions. Rochester's offensive line was honored with a spot on the D3football.com Team of the Week following a 285-yard, 5-touchdown performance against Alfred State. In 2022, Griggs’ offense eclipsed 2,000 rushing yards total and was led by All-American running back Daniel Papantonis. Prior to Rochester, Griggs was the Special Teams Coordinator and Tight Ends Coach at MIT. He began his coaching career at Assumption as the Tight Ends Coach in 2007. He then returned to Bentley where he was the Offensive Line coach, Assistant Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator for the Falcons through 2011. Griggs then returned to Assumption where he was the Greyhounds’ Offensive Coordinator, helping to develop NFL Tight End Scott Simonson. He went back to Bentley in June, 2013 and was the Special Teams Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach until 2017 when he moved to MIT. A three-year starter and four-year letter winner for Bentley, Griggs was a two-time All-Northeast 10 offensive lineman, earning 1st Team accolades in 2004, when he also earned All-New England regional honors and Don Hansen All-America Honors as well. Griggs also excelled in the classroom, earning CoSIDA Academic All-District honors in 2003 and named the Gridiron Club Student Athlete of the Year in 2004 and 2006.

I currently serve as the head coach of the boys varsity soccer team for Arlington Catholic, as well as a head coach for Boston Bolts. I have been providing private lessons since 2023, as well as being a former player for Winchester High Schools soccer team and playing for various clubs such as SFC and Abbey Villa FC

My name is Pedro Costa, a Portuguese football coach with UEFA A and Elite Youth licences. Over the past five years, I have worked mainly as a head coach across youth and professional levels, focusing on player development and clear game models. I also contribute as an assistant through tactical analysis and planning. I am motivated to join an ambitious club and support performance and growth.

I have played and coached softball for 15 years! I have coached/mentored many youth athletes from ages 7-18. At the University of Connecticut, I played second, third, first, and right field. I am very detail oriented when it comes to teaching both defensive and hitting techniques. Everyone's body works differently, and I enjoy physically evaluating players in order to help them become their most athletic, powerful, and explosive selves. Hitting, defense, running, recruiting - I teach it all!
