I am a strength and conditioning coach as well as technical boxing coach. With experience coaching in India and playing club tennis at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I bring both competitive playing experience and patient coaching into every lesson.

Hi! I’m Bethania, a current medical student and lifelong competitive swimmer with international experience. I began as a lifeguard in high school and rediscovered my passion for teaching while instructing at Boston University.
