As a licensed Health & PE teacher, former collegiate defensive back, and experienced football coach, I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. I specialize in working with athletes ages 10–17, providing instruction in youth football, flag football, defensive back development, football fundamentals, and speed and agility training. Girls flag football is one of my specialties, and I take pride in helping female athletes develop the skills, confidence, and football IQ to compete at a high level. Whether you’re just getting started or preparing for your next season, every lesson is tailored to your goals, experience, and position. My coaching philosophy is simple: master the fundamentals, compete with confidence, and never stop improving. My name is Alok and I am a local Ellicott City tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I have a deep knowledge of tennis and can also help advanced players with flawless stroke techniques, deep analysis, advanced footwork and tennis exercises. I’m currently playing at 4.5 level in USTA tournaments. Over the last 10 years, I have coached more than 100 students of all ages, completing more than 10,000 hrs of coaching

I’ve had the opportunity to coach youth basketball during the summer in recent years. I’ve worked with autistic kids for 6+ months in 2024. I'm a musician, composer, and sound designer who has been playing and composing music for 15 years. I studied at Berklee College of Music for my Bachelor's of Music, where I regularly performed on trumpet, composed music for various forms of media, and designed audio and audio technologies. I worked as both composer and sound designer for films and games, in a variety of musical and audio styles, while releasing my own music.
