I'm Courtney, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in women's health, perimenopause and menopause and healthy aging. I help women navigate weight changes, low energy, poor sleep,, stress and shifting hormones with greater confidence and clarity. Through personalized coaching, goal setting, accountability and behavior change strategies, I help women build sustainable habits, improve well-being and create lasting changes that support long-term health.

I’m Michelle, and I’m a Level 1 PTR certified tennis coach. Since I was 13, I was homeschooled to dedicate myself to tennis, competing in numerous junior tournaments and experiencing both victories and challenges along the way. I’ve been coaching since 2020 and have had the joy of teaching kids as young as 3 years old. I love coaching because it allows me to share the sport that has profoundly positively impacted my life and to make it fun and engaging for young players.

30 years full out athlete 9.5 months out of 12. Played softball as fast pitch catcher from 11 years old through college on an athletic scholarship. Played school, rec, travel, and tourney. Hitting and throwing lessons also.

Coaching tennis is my life- I started coaching at the age of 16 and have been doing it ever since (thousands of students). RSPA Elite Certification. Every lesson is focused on the student learning, having fun, and getting a great workout.

I teach all levels of students, using my experience as a top-ranked NCAA D1 competitor to help players improve their game. I’m highly knowledgeable in the mechanical and mental sides of the game, having worked with multiple elite coaches. I know what it takes to reach the top level of golf.

I have played tennis for 16 years and coached for five. I just graduated from Emory where I played college tennis for four years. During my time there, I earned both singles and doubles All-American honors and competed in two team NCAA semi-finals. I have experience coaching all ages and levels. I like to break shots down into simple action steps to improve technique, footwork, and spacing. Whether you are new to the sport, or have played for years, I would love to help you grow your game!
