He played in four bowl games, holds multiple special teams records, and has coached athletes at both the high school and college levels. Mitch specializes in training defensive backs, focusing on technique, football IQ, and position-specific drills to elevate game performance. He has helped countless players improve footwork, reaction time, and game awareness, preparing them for success on and off the field. Passionate about mentoring young athletes, Coach Mitch combines elite-level experience with a personalized, disciplined approach to help players reach their full potential.

I live in Stockbridge, GA, in the Eagles Landing area. I’ve hosted golf clinics at several golf courses and driving ranges throughout the Atlanta Metro region. My clinics are fun, inclusive, and educational. Whether it’s mastering the basics, improving your short game, or just feeling more confident stepping onto the course, I focus on creating a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere for all participants. ELITE SKILLS TRAINING My name is John Salone I’m 24 and have been playing high level basketball since 3rd grade . Played for very well know AAU teams in GA (AOT , GAME ELITE , GA CANES) . And Won a state championship in GA with Mceachern High School . Played college basketball at Paine College . I’ve been blessed to work with some legendary coaches and would like to spread that knowledge to the next generation .

I played the game before I started coaching it, and that’s shaped how I train people now, fundamentals first, discipline always, but no two athletes get the same plan. Whether you’re working on confidence or chasing the next level, we’ll figure out what you actually need and build from there.
