I was recognized as a Youth Under Armour All-American, became a 5-star high school recruit with over 50 Division I scholarship offers, and went on to play four years at Florida State University. I continued my career with six years of professional football experience, including time with the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers, among other organizations. I don’t just teach drills — I teach athletes how to train, prepare, think, and compete at a high level. My experience in elite locker rooms and high-pressure environments allows me to show players exactly what coaches look for and how to separate themselves. Athletes who train with me develop stronger fundamentals, higher football IQ, better discipline, and greater confidence.
