Hello, I am a personal trainer, with focus in nutrition, daily living and weight loss. I also train runners.

Hi, I’m Maria, a fluent Spanish-English bilingual tutor who loves helping students feel comfortable and confident speaking Spanish. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and conversational. In a first lesson, I like to get to know the student, understand their goals and current level, and have a relaxed conversation so I can see where they feel comfortable and where they may need extra support. My goal is for every student to leave a lesson feeling like they learned something useful.

Former WBF World Champion and European Champion boxer with years of professional experience. I coach beginners, fitness students, and advanced boxers, focusing on real boxing fundamentals, punching technique, defense, combinations, power, conditioning, timing, and confidence.

I started playing tennis since I was eight years old. I have played many national tournaments throughout my tennis career. I am also bilingual (Spanish/English). My experience in tennis is vast. Over many decades I have been consistent towards my game with a very effective approach on teaching.

I have over 8 years of coaching experience and have been involved in running my family’s soccer academy for most of my life. My coaching style is positive, energetic, and focused on player development, confidence, and teamwork. I enjoy working with players of all skill levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to advanced athletes looking to elevate their game. My goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where every player can grow and succeed.

Fueled by two decades on the court, I bring passion and precision to every lesson. My experience as a seasoned player informs my coaching, guiding students to elevate their game with tailored strategies. I offer expertise for all skill levels.
