My teaching style is positive, supportive, and focuced on proper technique. I always adapt each session to my student's goals and fitness level. I work with beginners, intermediate and advanced clients, older adults, prenatal and postnatal women, and people who want to lose fat, build mucle, or simply stay active.

Professional BMX Coach with 10+ years of experience and a 12-year elite racing career, including 8+ years on the National Team. Specialized in 1-on-1 training for children with special needs, creating personalized programs that build confidence, skills, and independence. Since moving to the U.S., achieved 3 Florida State Championships coaching elite athletes, including Olympian Ramiro Marino and Pan American rider Mariana Díaz.
