25 year veteran coach, trainer, physical education teacher and motivational speaker with Positive Coaching Alliance. The priority goal to empower adolescents to become the best athletes they can be. With emphasis on self-growth and mastery, I coach and instruct with a dual goal of building the athlete and the individual as a whole; including self-mastery, overcoming self-doubt, fears, negative self talk, obstacles and physical challenges. I currently privately train my young athletes on a one to one basis and in small group. My strengths include player growth and development, especially for those that are newer to the game and learning; those searching for more reps and personally tailored training when club/ team/ center activities don't afford them that opportunity. I am very much into the physical development (strength and conditioning) of my athletes as well. I have a background in personal training and continue to work independently as a trainer and PT. As a multi-sport athlete and life-long advocate of all things health and fitness related, I believe in practicing what I preach.
