As someone that was never the most talented player, I had to rely on my work ethic and a desire to learn as much as I could through mechanics research, strength & mobility training and the science behind pitching analytics. With 2 years of Pickleball coaching experience, over 20 years in Baseball coaching and being a D3 College Pitcher, I fully understand the value of quality repetition of the fundamental aspects of the game.
