Hayden Givens-Craig is a professional pitcher whose career is built on development, persistence, and results. After entering college throwing just 73 MPH, Hayden transformed himself into a 90 MPH arm by his senior season. At Southeastern University, he became one of the program’s most dominant relievers, finishing his senior year with 4 top five single season records before signing professionally. Now Hayden uses the same training principles that fueled his own transformation to help athletes.

Basketball has been my compass; I combine disciplined fundamentals with creative drills to build confident, team-first players. With 10+ years teaching grammar school & Junior high students to coaching high school kids. I offer individualized skill development, strategic insight, and a motivating, professional approach.

Michael-Ray Pallares, the Director of Coach Training and Education for the UPT, is a former professional tennis player from the Dominican Republic. As a player, he was a two-time USTA national champion as a junior, received a full scholarship to play at the University of Alabama, ranked Top 10 in NCAA Division 1 tennis and held an ATP ranking for more than ten years while representing his country in the Davis Cup and the Central American and Caribbean Games. Michael-Ray has traveled extensively as a professional tour coach and/or sparring partner for several ATP and WTA players ranked top 10 in the world. He also served as Technical Director of the Panamanian Tennis Federation, Turkmenistan Tennis Federation and the Guam National Tennis Federation as an Expert Coach for the International Tennis Federation undertaking the Development of National Sport Structure, creating an action plan to strengthen the tennis program approved by the International Olympic Committee and Olympic Solidarity. He is now promoting the game of tennis worldwide through his foundation, One Love Tennis and the UPT coach education platform.

Thirteen years teaching French and Spanish to adults at the Mikhail Lomonosov school in Camagüey, Cuba. There I taught classes for students from beginners to the highest level of specialization, with classes in phonetics, vocabulary and grammar.

I have extensive, over 40 years of college and professional coaching experience. I am still actively involved in the game of football as a supervisor of replay with an extensive staff. It is best to just google me. I am a traditionalist and believe, very strongly, in fundamentals. From there you become comfortable in adjusting to your own style and technique. But solid fundamentals are always what save you when you hit a rut. Stories help create a good picture.
