Tennis is a passion for me and teaching others the skills I have learned over the years to be competitive and have an advantage on the courts. I work with tennis enthusiasts and students of all ages. I like to build a strong foundation of tennis basics including proper footwork and foot placement along with proper racquet angles for precision swings.

Transitioning from a lifelong tennis journey, I've spent the last two years deeply immersed in the world of pickleball, and now, as a 4.5 player, coaching is my primary passion. My own start in pickleball came from lessons with a skilled local instructor, and I've since played in various tournaments. This hands-on experience shaped my down-to-earth coaching methodology. When you train with me, we'll begin at the foundation, just as I did: starting short, with underhand strokes, and progressively moving back. I'll guide you through essential serves, introducing you to specific serve techniques. Each session will kick off by understanding and evaluating your existing skills, after which we'll journey deeper into technical expertise. My goal is to craft lessons tailored to your needs and ensure that, through my coaching, your love and proficiency in pickleball grows exponentially.

With two decades immersed in the world of dance, I bring a wealth of experience from my professional career to my coaching. My goal is to instill technique and foster a lifelong love for dance in each student. I offer personalized guidance to help you achieve your individual dance aspirations.

I’m a 5.0 DUPR player with tournament wins across the country at the 4.5–5.0+ level and a passion for helping players improve. I won my first tournament at the 3.5 level and taught myself how to improve into higher divisions! Whether you’re new to pickleball or looking to sharpen strategy, shot selection, consistency, and court positioning, I tailor each lesson to your goals. My coaching is positive and focused on building confidence while making the game fun. I will teach anywhere in 30 miles!

I have been playing golf since I was 9 years old and have won several tournaments over the years. I know how to have fun on the course but also understand the technical aspects and techniques that come with each part of the game. We will not only work on your swing but also mindset and how to think and make the right decisions while on the course. Let me help you drop some strokes.

I keep coaching positive and honest, and I want every athlete I work with to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back.

Former professional player and USSF-licensed soccer coach with international experience in Spain, Qatar, and the U.S. I work with kids, teens, and adults in private and small-group sessions focused on technical ability, first touch, ball mastery, 1v1 play, decision-making, game IQ, speed, agility, and confidence. My sessions are structured, competitive, and game-realistic to help players improve faster and perform with confidence.
