With emphasis on self-growth and mastery, I coach and instruct with a dual goal of building the athlete and the individual as a whole; including self-mastery, overcoming self-doubt, fears, negative self talk, obstacles and physical challenges. I currently privately train my young athletes on a one to one basis and in small group. As a multi-sport athlete and life-long advocate of all things health and fitness related, I believe in practicing what I preach. While I am not fluent in Spanish or ASL, I do know some basic communication that I can utilize.
