I'm Coach Dwayne, a sports performance and track and field coach with more than 20 years of coaching experience. I specialize in sprints, hurdles, speed, agility and overall athletic development, working with athletes to improve technique, confidence, discipline and performance. I'm a USATF level 2 coach in sprints, hurdles & relays and an ACE certified sports performance specialist.

Played college basketball at USF before transferring to Georgia State University. Trained youth athletes with EAT Elite Athletic Training and coached AAU basketball. Served as Head JV Basketball Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at The Paideia School, developing athletes through skill work, leadership, discipline, and team culture.
