My teaching experience includes: cardio tennis, women’s tennis teams (A-D), children ages 4-17 and coaching high school tennis. If you enjoy tennis and want to learn new techniques or simply learn the sport it is a joy to coach! My teaching style is based on personal needs, if you want to play for fun then we’ll have a great time learning and improving strokes. If you are looking to improve at a competitive level I do offer footwork drills and fast paced drills.

One of the things I love about yoga is that it's so good for everyone and it can help various aspects of their wellbeing, too -- body, mind, and even soul. At the same time, one of the things I don't like about yoga is that it can be intimidating to get started and overwhelming to do it within a studio setting. And even a little risky to do it on your own via an app if you don't know what you're doing. Even the gentlest of yoga classes won't really cover the basics, explain what a pose means, how to safely get into and out of it, etc. Nor will you be able to get one-on-one guidance or assistance unless you're willing to pay big bucks for private lessons. So, what I'm offering here is an Introduction to Yoga. During our sessions, we can work on the basics of yoga asana (the physical practice and poses), breathing techniques, modifications you can use, and how to practice in a way that's best for your unique comfort level and needs. Or we can focus on poses or other practices of yoga (like mindfulness, breathing, mudras, etc.) that you're struggling with during your outside practice.

I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by music—recording eleven rock and roll albums in Brazil and performing as a supporting act for legendary bands like Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, and Nazareth. I’ve also played in festivals alongside artists like Faith No More and other prominent American and British bands. Now at 60, I’ve moved to Florida to enjoy this next chapter of life with grace. But music remains a big part of who I am, and I feel it’s time to pass on my legacy to the next generation. I have two kids, aged 12 and 14, who already play multiple instruments and sing. I’ve been giving private lessons here in Jacksonville, though my reach has been limited—and I’d love the chance to expand.
