After that I played professionally, then spent 12 years coaching Division 1 women's basketball. I loved every minute. But D1 coaching owned my calendar, and I wanted to spend more time with my family and be present and active in my daughter’s life. So I made the move: more time with my family, full control of my schedule, and a business built on my own terms. That's how Grassroots Sports & Fitness was born.
