I’ve coached more than 60 teams and helped numerous athletes earn college scholarships through personalized skill training and discipline. My approach focuses on meeting each player where they are — whether they’re just starting or preparing for high-level competition. I specialize in ball handling, shooting form, footwork, core and leg strength, and game IQ. As a professional pickleball player and experienced instructor, I specialize in helping players of all ages and skill levels to elevate their game. With three years of coaching experience, I provide personalized instruction tailored to each players goals through technique, mechanics, and strategy. My coaching combines professional high level insight with a positive, results driven approach. I focus on developing strong fundamentals, smarter decision making and greater confidence on the court.

I enjoy and love the game. I have been around basketball for 30 years plus it is a hobby of mine. I have played with all races, ages, sizes, etc... From those experiences I have gained a vast amount of information. I am able to adapt and teach all positions at a high level. My position is PG we have to learn teammates, coaches, plays, and lead by making plays for our team. I am able to see where a person can be coached for improvement all while supporting their strengths.

Tracey Curtis is a pioneer in American Arena Football, currently serving as the Head Coach for the Danbury Diesel and making history as the first female to hold such a position in professional football. Her extensive coaching background includes roles as an assistant coach at Southern CT State University, an NFL Alumni Youth Camp Director, and a USA Sports Envoy to Mexico. A former semi-pro cornerback herself, she continues to use her platform to mentor athletes and strengthen international sports relations through 2026.

I started playing pickleball on a cruise in 2020 and now play almost every day with a 3.5 DUPR rating.
