"My kids (12 and 16 y.o.) absolutely adore Melanie. Before she started teaching them, piano lessons were a struggle—they didn’t want to go, didn’t enjoy learning, and had no interest in practicing. That all changed with her. She found a way to connect with them and sparked a new interest in piano by introducing modern songs and great classical pieces in simpler arrangements. Her energy, the way she communicates, and how she presents material make each lesson fun and engaging. She has a natural ability to speak to students in a way that makes them want to listen, try again, and learn. In fact, her approach was so inspiring that even I felt like taking a lesson myself!

Pop-Opera Singer has an extraordinary five-octave vocal range from bass-baritone to countertenor. Fueled by a passion for merging electronic elements with classical melodies, I strive to break generational barriers and introduce diverse audiences to the enchanting world of opera. Guided by the legacy of my grandfather, Mr. Arkadi Namatiev, a distinguished Bass-Baritone, I embarked on my musical journey at Hunter College, honing my craft under the guidance of Prof. Susan Gonzalez. With a Bachelor's and Master's from Aaron Copland Music School, Queens College, and ongoing studies with Patricia McCaffrey, I've graced renowned opera houses nationwide. Beyond the stage, I've shared my expertise at Queens Borough Community College and worldwide through master classes. Currently based in Florida, I continue to inspire through teaching and am crafting a groundbreaking crossover album, showcasing my versatility from EDM to classical genres. My commitment to philanthropy shines through "Opera Idol," a classical talent competition hosted by my sister, benefiting Cohen's Children's Medical Center under the Arkadi Foundation, where I served as Music Director from 2011 to 2015. My musical evolution is epitomized by the digital EP "Fortuna" and the international success of my latest track, "Fallin' Love."
"Professional voice teacher, detailed healthy technique to polish challenging opera roles

With a trail of legendary performances, my musical journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. From breaking attendance records at Grendels Lair on South Street to gracing the stages of Wildwood Convention Hall, Tony Marts in South Jersey, and beyond, I've captivated audiences across the country. Highlights include warming up for The Drifters, celebrating with the Olympic Committee in Los Angeles, and even receiving high praise from renowned musicians like the guitarist who collaborated with legends such as John Lennon and Stanley Clarke. With a sound reminiscent of the late great John Lennon, my songwriting and performance style have left an indelible mark on all who have had the pleasure of experiencing my music.
"He has been a big help to my playing guitar . He is always patient and knowledgeable about the music
