As an instructor, my goal is to help players build strong fundamentals, improve their baseball IQ, and develop confidence both on and off the field. I believe success comes from consistent effort, proper instruction, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Hi Tennis enthusiasts, beginner, middle-of-the road, advanced, I'm Victor and I am former NCAA Division 1 Scholar-Athlete and Pacific NorthWest team in the late '80's while a standout performer at the Univ. of Portland, where I competed against some of the greatest in the sport of tennis, including Brad Gilbert and others. I am a former Univ. of Miami/Donald Petrine Tennis Camp Instructor, where I taught some other former greats like Mary Joe Fernandez, etc. I have over 55 years of experience!

I am a professional drummer and instructor with 20 years of experience. I have toured all over the world, and I have instructed drummers of all ages. I can take your playing to the next level through cohesive instruction that actually produces results.

I have went through a radical health transformation 10 years ago when I moved to Miami, Florida, quitting alcohol, nightlife, cigarettes and dropped 30 pounds, through developing a daily holistic health routine including breathwork, meditation, strength training, running, swimming, yoga, prayer, water fasting etc. I am also an author of two books. Ever since, my purpose is to help people find their purpose, and incorporate a healthy lifestyle, eliminate stress, lose weight, and anything wellness.
