"Ridley is an outstanding pickleball coach. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he's also hilarious and makes every lesson fun. His speed ups at the kitchen are lightning fast, and his ability to teach strategy and hand battles has helped take my game to another level. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve and enjoy the process!

Hello! My name is Mardi, and I am a registered 200-hour yoga teacher residing in Broward County, Florida. My ranges of techniques that I teach vary from gentle Hatha, slow flow or power Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin practices, as well. I currently teach students that focus on points of practice that can sometimes expand greater than the physical body, and with that connection provided though breathing styles and additional modifications (if need be), students find comfort from asana to asana.

"Really enjoyed Mardi’s yoga sculpt class. It was just what I needed! The cooldown was a nice touch with the sound bowls.

I’m Joao Silverio, an ATP/ITF-experienced coach now based in Boca Raton, Florida. My coaching was shaped in high-performance, Grand Slam-level training environments and built around one core principle: progress should be structured, measurable, and repeatable. Most players don’t stall because they lack effort, they stall because training lacks priorities, clear decisions, and a system. At JSTA, I help juniors and competitive adults develop with purpose: clean technique, smarter patterns, stronger movement, and match habits that hold under pressure. If you want high standards, clear direction, and a development plan you can trust, message me to set up a session.

"My son needed structure and direction, not just hitting. Joao gave him a clear plan: weekly priorities, simple tasks, and how to compete calmly. You can tell he’s coached at a high level, he fixes what matters without overloading the player. Now we have a pathway and we’re seeing real progress.
