My goal is to instill a deep understanding and appreciation for the rules, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all. I was working in Venezuela profesional league about 20 years also worked for Venezuelan Umpire Camp like an Umpire instructor . My goals is you get all skill and and ability to work on the field. You gonna learn step by step all belon in umpire carrer.

For over 25 years, I've cultivated a passion for baseball in players of all levels. My coaching emphasizes fundamentals and strategic thinking, while keeping training fun and engaging. I strive to unlock each player's full potential, on and off the field.

I have played and coached baseball my entire life. My experience ranges in baseball, strength and conditioning and sports performance giving your athlete the opportunity to develop overall to the best of their abilities. I have worked with Youth to high school athletes preparing them both mental and physically. They will learn when and how to use the skills they've learn to prepare them for the game ahead.
