I am music therapist by day. Guitar, singing and piano instructor by night. I have been singing since I could walk. I've participated in choirs and opera productions, earning my BA in Music in 2017. I've been taking piano lessons for over 10 years and am able to teach beginners and intermediate students. I've been playing guitar for over 15 years and am able to teach basic chords, note reading and barre chords efficiently. I am very patient and able to adapt to meet the needs of the student.

I'm Flavio, an Argentine Olympic coach (Beijing 2008, London 2012) with over 100 medals. I help athletes in any sport improve their performance with 100% personalized plans: initial assessment of your physical condition, technique, and nutrition; neuroscience (Fitlight, stroboscopic lenses), technique, strength, speed-power (OVR Velocity / Brower Sprint Timing System), jumping ability and plyometrics (OVR JUMP), and recovery. I'm Aaron Phu, a PPR-certified Professional coach and an advanced pickleball competitor. With years of experience as a badminton coach, I’ve honed my skills and passion for coaching across multiple sports. Currently, I also serve as university teaching faculty, where I combine my passion for teaching with my extensive coaching background. I’m dedicated to helping athletes of all levels achieve their best and reach their full potential.
