Hi, I'm Loreto! I'm a Restorative, Yin, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor passionate about helping people find balance through mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. I create personalized sessions that support recovery, resilience, mobility, stress relief, and overall well-being. I am a professional drummer and instructor with 20 years of experience. I have toured all over the world, and I have instructed drummers of all ages. I can take your playing to the next level through cohesive instruction that actually produces results.

Andre teaches fingerstyle guitar, improvising and finding your own sound on the guitar, how to play in any key and any chord from a basic to an advanced level. Also teaches flamenco, blues, looping, and different styles of music.

Raised in a family steeped in martial arts, I was first introduced to Kung Fu by my uncle, a student of the legendary "Black Dragon" Ron Van Clief, at the age of 11. My passion for martial arts was reignited under the tutelage of Tracy Tyler, a maestro with an impressive 49 years of experience, and a student of Moses Powell. My journey took me to City Wing Tsun, where I dedicated three years, earning a black shirt in Wing Tsun. Eventually, I found Sifu Zig Short, delving into the William Cheung lineage with an intense focus on the Wooden dummy technique. Today, I carry these diverse experiences into my coaching, enriching the boxing practice of my students.

I recently graduated from the University of California, San Diego with an honors B.S. in Neurobiology, Summa Cum Laude (4.000 GPA), Phi Beta Kappa, and I am a current medical student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. I love to teach through real-life connections and utilizing strategy!
