I have 13 years of experience of Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist. I focus and real transformation through science base lifting and old school based lifting training. Along side structure nutrition with relentless discipline to not just make it a fun week but to convert it as a lifestyle. I specialize in muscle growth, fat loss, strength development and physique optimization through personalized custom programs. I do this at every level anywhere from young kids to older individuals.

With a Master's degree, I have spent 35 years teaching ELL, ESL, Writing, Reading Comp, Theater, Public Speaking and Debate. I retired in 2016 and continue to tutor. I have also written 6 children's books a play and a movie script. I want to help you grow. It is my passion

Hi Tennis enthusiasts, beginner, middle-of-the road, advanced, I'm Victor and I am former NCAA Division 1 Scholar-Athlete and Pacific NorthWest team in the late '80's while a standout performer at the Univ. of Portland, where I competed against some of the greatest in the sport of tennis, including Brad Gilbert and others. I am a former Univ. of Miami/Donald Petrine Tennis Camp Instructor, where I taught some other former greats like Mary Joe Fernandez, etc. I have over 55 years of experience!
