Throughout my playing career, I received multiple offers to compete at the collegiate level, but due to relocation, I was unable to pursue those opportunities. Despite that setback, my commitment to basketball never wavered, and I have since focused on developing my skills as a coach and mentor. Former university of Florida football player with 6 years of experience competing at the higher level of college athletics in one of the toughest conferences (SEC). Developed under some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the country, gaining extensive knowledge in performance training, discipline, leadership, and overall development. Currently coaching and training some of the Jacksonville area top athletes. Helping improve overall performance, passionate about motivating others.

I just graduated from UNF and played on the beach volleyball team. I was pair 3 all year long and got moved up to pair 2. Played against the best programs in the nation and beat some of them (Stanford, Long Beach, and USC). I can bring experience from the highest competition in the NCAA and give great advice. One of the things I love about yoga is that it's so good for everyone and it can help various aspects of their wellbeing, too -- body, mind, and even soul. At the same time, one of the things I don't like about yoga is that it can be intimidating to get started and overwhelming to do it within a studio setting. And even a little risky to do it on your own via an app if you don't know what you're doing. Even the gentlest of yoga classes won't really cover the basics, explain what a pose means, how to safely get into and out of it, etc. Nor will you be able to get one-on-one guidance or assistance unless you're willing to pay big bucks for private lessons. So, what I'm offering here is an Introduction to Yoga. During our sessions, we can work on the basics of yoga asana (the physical practice and poses), breathing techniques, modifications you can use, and how to practice in a way that's best for your unique comfort level and needs. Or we can focus on poses or other practices of yoga (like mindfulness, breathing, mudras, etc.) that you're struggling with during your outside practice.

Baseball Career Highlights 2023 (Senior – CAC) First Team All-Continental Athletic Conference selection at shortstop. CAC Gold Glove winner at shortstop. Went 6-for-10 with six RBI and five runs scored in a series against No. 24 Taylor (Indiana) (Feb. 10–11, 2023). Posted a .424 batting average with 72 hits, including 20 multi-hit games. Scored 63 runs, drove in 45 runs, and successfully stole 20 bases. Helped team win the CAC Tournament title and advance to the NAIA Opening Round. Member of the squad that advanced to the 2023 Avista NAIA World Series. 2022 (Sophomore – Jacksonville University) Started 51 of 53 games, all at second base. Hit .251 with 47 hits and drew more walks (23) than strikeouts (20). Led the team in sacrifice hits (6) and helped turn 26 double plays. Recorded 10 multi-hit games and tied for second on the team with six multi-RBI games. Notched an eight-game hitting streak and an 11-game on-base streak. Dean’s List student. 2021 (Freshman – Jacksonville University) ASUN All-Freshman Team selection. Started all 49 games at second base. Hit .283 (4th on team) and ranked second with 23 RBI. Led team and ranked second in the ASUN with six sacrifice hits. Committed just four errors in 190 chances (.979 fielding percentage). Ended season with a 23-game on-base streak, 12 multi-hit games, and four multi-RBI games. Dean’s List student. High School (Cypress Bay HS – Weston, FL) Four-year varsity player. Led the team in home runs (3) as a junior. All-Conference performer as a senior. Helped lead team to a district championship in 2017. Played travel ball for Elite Squad.

Coach Mike Hollis began his kicking career back in 1985 serving as the kicker throughout high school, college, and eventually the NFL. He began his professional career in 1994 with the San Diego Chargers (pre-season only) and retired in 2004, spending 7 years with the Jacksonville Jaguars, 1 year with the Buffalo Bills, and 1 year with the New York Giants. During that time Coach Hollis (including playoffs): Played in 132 NFL games throughout his career, 1998 Pro Bowl, 1997 NFL Scoring Leader.
