With a passion for music that spans decades, I began my journey in piano teaching in 2006, conducting private and group sessions. My musical voyage began even earlier during my high school days at Smithfield High School in VA, where my exceptional talents were recognized by my choir director, leading me to pursue higher education at Shenandoah University Conservatory. There, I earned my BM and MM degrees in Piano Performance with a minor in organ, shaping my profound understanding of classical music. Over the years, I've honed my skills in chamber music and music theatre, amassing 26 years of experience accompanying and coaching singers, as well as a decade in ballet dance accompaniment. Notably, I had the privilege of performing at Carnegie Hall in 2014 and continue to enrich my musical journey by collaborating with local bands and performing at prestigious events.

With three decades dedicated to basketball, I cultivate players' potential. My experience allows me to tailor programs to individual needs, fostering growth on and off the court. I am an ex professional athlete, who has coached Ice Hockey and other Sports for over 10 years. I also have designed fitness programs for Olympic Athletes for all sports. I work with youth, high school, college and adult athletes and would love the opportunity to provide a total fitness program and skills coaching for you or your athlete.

With three decades immersed in the world of baseball, I've cultivated a keen understanding of the game's nuances. My experience allows me to tailor instruction, fostering both skill development and a genuine love for the sport. With a lifetime passion for basketball, I bring years of experience as both a player and a coach to every training session. I’ve coached a wide range of players, from youth teams in AAU and at the YMCA to dedicated one on one training. My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that greatness starts with a solid foundation. Then skill development, conditioning, mental toughness/IQ, and competitiveness. I have years of song writing experience and I can help you understand music theory as a basis for song writing.
