I started playing tennis at a young age and competed through college. My coaching journey began with summer camps, where I worked with kids of all ages and adults. After discovering pickleball one summer, I quickly fell in love with the game and transitioned into coaching it. I'm here to help you elevate your game to the next level, whether you're new to pickleball or looking to refine your skills.

I have been playing golf since I was 9 years old and have won several tournaments over the years. I know how to have fun on the course but also understand the technical aspects and techniques that come with each part of the game. We will not only work on your swing but also mindset and how to think and make the right decisions while on the course. Let me help you drop some strokes.

Hayden Givens-Craig is a professional pitcher whose career is built on development, persistence, and results. After entering college throwing just 73 MPH, Hayden transformed himself into a 90 MPH arm by his senior season. At Southeastern University, he became one of the program’s most dominant relievers, finishing his senior year with 4 top five single season records before signing professionally. Now Hayden uses the same training principles that fueled his own transformation to help athletes.

I blend tactical insight with patient instruction to develop confident, strategic lacrosse players. I have taught lacrosse for more than 30 years, specializing in stick skills, proper shooting form, dodging technique, and game IQ while fostering resilience, teamwork and an enduring passion for the sport. I have trained players of all ages and genders, starting at local recreation level players up to D1 propects.

With a lifetime passion for basketball, I bring years of experience as both a player and a coach to every training session. I’ve coached a wide range of players, from youth teams in AAU and at the YMCA to dedicated one on one training. My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that greatness starts with a solid foundation. Then skill development, conditioning, mental toughness/IQ, and competitiveness. As a former collegiate student-athlete and 2007 Hillsborough County All-Star, I've trained athletes across multiple states and worked with players of all ages and skill levels. My training philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals while developing basketball IQ, confidence, court awareness and decision-making. The student can expect the first lesson as an assessment of their strengths/weaknesses & desired improvements.
