In a first lesson, I like to get to know the student, understand their goals and current level, and have a relaxed conversation so I can see where they feel comfortable and where they may need extra support. I started teaching swimming lessons at the age of 16 and have experience working with swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults, helping beginners learn how to swim and coaching competitive athletes to improve their technique and performance.
