I am a firm believer in conditioning, that a condition player is going to beat an unconditioned player any day of the week. We start with the basics and graduate slowly to advanced skill levels of the game. I will always treat them with respect and never any foul language. Your Athlete will be at his or her best mentally and physically to perform well.
