I’m a former Division I swimmer (University of Southern California)and 2021 Olympic Trials qualifier. I’ve spent the past 4 years coaching swimmers of all ages and ability levels. I’ve worked with beginners, club swimmers, high school athletes, and masters swimmers. I focus on the small details that make a big difference by using underwater video analysis to help swimmers understand their strokes and make real improvements.
