Alexander Tyfer is a violin educator, performer, and creator of the Tyfer Method, an original approach based on awareness and control of movement. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, he helps students develop efficient technique and artistic confidence. He is also the author of the forthcoming pedagogical monograph A Sensible System of Violin Playing: Awareness and Control in Violin Technique, which presents his research on violin pedagogy and technical development.

As a writer who has written books and screenplays and copywriting skills, I'm equipped to help almost any type of writing better convey what your story, message or argument. My focus will be to unleash your personal writing style. Together we will look at your work, critique it honestly, and then develop it into something you'll be immensely proud of. For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.

I have been coaching for 5 years. I’ve worked at Sportime and the best country clubs. I offer tennis lessons and hitting lessons. Any age or skill level!

With 25 years of soccer instruction, I cultivate skills and a love for the game. My tailored approach helps players reach their full potential, building confidence and teamwork. I aim to foster an engaging, respectful learning environment.

Guided by a love of tactical play and community, I bring precise instruction and patient coaching to every lesson. I have taught pickleball for over a year, helping players of all levels refine technique, strategy, and on-court confidence. I played tournaments and Durp rating games.
