What everyone shares is a goal, even if they haven't fully defined it yet. Sometimes the goal is simple: beat Suzy at league night. Sometimes it's bigger: find your inner athlete, feel confident on court, connect to something that's genuinely yours. Often the goal evolves — students come in wanting one thing and discover something they didn't know they were looking for. I'll meet you where you are and hold the highest vision for where you can go — while understanding that progress isn't always linear and some days are just harder than others.

With 8 years of private coaching experience and 3+ years coaching groups through USA Football, I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I currently teach flag football and football fundamentals to ages 8–11 through USA Football. I was captain of the St. Anthony's High School football team and a starter at Southern Connecticut State University. I also specialize in agility training that helps athletes excel in any sport and currently compete in an adult flag football league.

I’ve been coaching football since I was 16 years old. I became a varsity OL/DL coach at the age of 18. I enhanced my knowledge of the game of football by being mentored by head coach’s. Then becoming a defensive coordinator for herricks lacrosse at the age of 19. I now coach travel teams and do private session of all age groups.

Hi! I am a rising junior on the Cornell Women’s Tennis team. My dad is a great tennis coach and I’ve been learning skills from him and giving hitting lessons from a very young age! I can coach, hit, or just rally!

I teach meditation from a classical mindfulness and practical approach. I offer patient, tailored instruction and a warm, engaging presence to help students deepen practice and sustain calm. For over two decades I have been teaching meditation to the beginner meditator. Meditation has transformed my life in so many positives personally and as an instructor and I would like to help you learn how to do this ancient practice that bring many lifelong benefits. I offer both in personal and virtual classes.
